This website collects nothing automatically beyond what is required to serve the page, and nothing at all unless you choose to send an inquiry.
01
What is collected
Ice Cold Solutions collects personal information only when you submit it — through the inquiry form, the opportunity access request, or by contacting us directly by email.
That information consists of what you provide: name, contact details, organization, country, the category of your inquiry, and the description you write. Nothing further is requested.
This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It does not create accounts, process payments, or maintain user profiles.
02
How it is used
Submitted information is used to assess the relevance of an inquiry, to respond to it, and to maintain a record of the correspondence.
It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes. Where advancing an opportunity requires involving a third party — a professional advisor, a project sponsor, a counterparty — that is discussed with you before anything is disclosed.
03
Hosting and transmission
This website is served over HTTPS. Where the inquiry form uses your own mail client, the message is transmitted by your email provider under their terms, not ours.
Standard server logs may be retained by the hosting provider for operational and security purposes.
04
Retention
Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as it remains relevant to an ongoing or prospective relationship, and thereafter for the period required to meet record-keeping obligations.
05
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled within a reasonable period.
Where Canadian privacy legislation applies, these rights operate alongside the protections that legislation provides.
06
Confidential material
Do not send confidential documents, identity documents, financial statements, or transaction material through the forms on this website. Where confidential exchange is appropriate, a suitable process is established first.
Reviewed at launch. Update this line when the policy changes.
