Biography
Iyvan began his career in technology, where he developed experience building websites, software platforms, administrative systems, and digital products.
His work expanded into enterprise and government technology, including secure portals, CRM-connected systems, workflow automation, transaction processing, accessibility, identity, cloud deployment, and digital-service architecture.
Over time, Iyvan's role grew beyond software development. He became increasingly involved in product strategy, venture creation, project development, partnerships, investment opportunities, global commercial relationships, and the coordination of complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Today, Ice Cold Solutions serves as the umbrella for this work. The company brings together technology delivery, strategic advisory, venture development, international opportunity development, real estate relationships, and qualified private introductions.
Iyvan's strength is not limited to one industry. It is his ability to understand a complex opportunity, identify what is missing, communicate it clearly, assemble the required people and systems, and move it toward execution.
01
Technology Foundation
The foundation is practical. Websites, software platforms, administrative systems, and digital products built end to end, with responsibility for what happened after they shipped.
That grounding informs everything that followed. Understanding what it costs to build something, maintain it, and change it later is what makes it possible to judge whether a proposal is realistic.
02
Government and Enterprise Experience
Work in the public sector and large enterprise brought a different class of requirement: accessibility as an obligation, data residency, auditability, role separation, and processes that are established, documented, and consequential.
Delivery in these environments depends less on technical novelty than on understanding the operation, the stakeholders, and the constraints that cannot be negotiated away.
03
Building Ventures
Alongside client delivery, Iyvan has built and co-founded ventures across education technology, digital identity, trade technology, and sustainability.
Venture work demands a different discipline from client work: deciding what not to build, sequencing a first release that can actually ship, and being honest about which assumptions remain unproven.
04
Global Relationships
International commerce is a relationship business before it is a logistics business. Buyers, sellers, mandates, inspection and logistics partners, and professional advisors each hold part of a transaction, and none of them hold all of it.
Iyvan's role is coordination and structure: bringing the right parties into the same process, and ensuring regulated functions are carried out by those qualified to perform them.
05
Real Estate and Capital
Through relationships with developers, advisors, property professionals, and capital partners, Iyvan participates in the sourcing, presentation, and advancement of selected real estate opportunities.
The contribution is business development, project organization, presentation, and qualified introduction — not brokerage, and not investment advice.
06
How Iyvan Works
Iyvan approaches each opportunity by first determining what is real, what is missing, and what must happen next.
He works best on projects that require a combination of technical understanding, business judgment, relationship development, and structured execution.
His preferred role is not passive advisory. It is active problem-solving alongside founders, executives, developers, investors, technical teams, and strategic partners.
