01The Challenge
Practical business and financial education tends to lose people at the point where it stops being narrative and starts requiring application. Completion rates fall, and the material that matters most is usually the material furthest into the course.
Holding attention through that transition is a product problem as much as a curriculum one.
02The Approach
Product work focused on progression and interaction rather than content volume — structuring learning into tracked steps, and planning gamified and community elements around the points where learners typically disengage.
Platform strategy considered subscription structure, mobile experience, and scalability early, since each constrains what the learning experience can later become.
