01The Challenge
Early-stage initiatives usually fail at the translation step: a well-understood concept has no defined first release, no phasing, and no agreement about which users the initial version actually serves.
Without that structure, scope expands to match ambition and the first version never ships.
02The Approach
Discovery established the user journeys and the requirements that genuinely belong in a first release, separated from those that do not.
Architecture and phasing were documented together, so that each phase is independently deliverable and the sequence reflects dependency rather than preference.
